What is Anger?

Anger is a strong emotion. যখন কেউ অন্যায় করে, কথা না শুনে, বা কিছু ভুল হয় – তখন মন খারাপ হয়, right? That strong, hot feeling inside us is called anger.

Example:

When your friend breaks your trust, you feel hurt. That pain often turns into anger.

1. Frustration – অনেক চেষ্টা করেও যখন কিছু হয় না।

2. Disrespect – কেউ অসম্মান করলে।

Situation থেকে কিছু সময় দূরে থাকো।

3. Talk Later

রেগে গিয়ে কিছু বলো না। Cool down করে পরে বলো।

4. Write Your Feelings

একটা খাতায় রাগের কারণগুলো লিখে ফেলো। It helps!

5. Say “I’m Angry” – Not “You’re Bad”

“You always do this!” এর বদলে বলো “I feel hurt when this happens.”
